Do I need a contract to start?
No. The free Risk Scout tier needs no credit card and no contract. The Pilot is a fixed 30-day engagement without auto-renewal. Pro and Enterprise are annual agreements scoped to your organisation, and public-sector engagements are agreed under NDA.
How is pricing determined?
Beyond the free tier, every plan is scoped to your organisation, your analysis volume and your compliance obligations, so we do not publish flat rates. Tell us about your use case and we will prepare a quote.
Can I try QARS before signing up?
Yes. The Try QARS page screens any wallet on live on-chain data without an account, with a limited number of free screenings per hour. Production use, full batches and complete reports require your own API key.
What happens when a wallet is flagged?
QARS returns one of three gate decisions: pass, biometric verification required, or pre-mempool block. A direct sanctions match or a current stablecoin issuer freeze is always blocked. Medium-risk activity leads to verification rather than a refusal, so legitimate customers are not cut off by one conservative signal.
How current is the sanctions data?
QARS screens against the OFAC SDN, EU Consolidated, UK Sanctions, SECO and UN Security Council lists, drawn from twelve monitored sources. The lists are refreshed every 24 hours and at every restart, and each decision records the list version it used. Freezes by Tether, Circle and USDT0 are read on chain at the moment of screening.
What if a data source is unavailable?
The transfer is held for review, never passed. If sanctions data or a required freeze lookup cannot be reached, the decision says so. If only part of a wallet's history can be fetched, the decision states how much was available.
Does QCA hold our keys or funds?
No. QARS is one API call before your signer. Custody, keys and infrastructure stay with you, and your compliance team takes the final decision on each transfer.
Can compliance documents be part of a contract?
Yes. PDF forensic reports, gate certificates and SAR/STR drafts are included in the Pilot, Pro, Enterprise and public-sector plans, within each plan's monthly report limit (Pilot 200, Pro 2,000; Enterprise and public sector have no monthly cap).
Which networks are supported?
15 networks: Ethereum, Arbitrum, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, Base, Optimism, Avalanche, zkSync Era, Linea, Scroll, Mantle, Blast, Tron, Bitcoin and Solana.
Which regulatory frameworks does QARS support?
QARS is built to support obligations under FATF Recommendations 10, 15 and 16, the EU Transfer of Funds Regulation, MiCA, and AML and sanctions rules in the EU, the UK and the US. Every decision documents the signals and rules behind it. QCA outputs support, and do not replace, the judgement of your compliance team.
